Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 large eggs
- 250 g sugar
- 300 g crème fraîche or sour cream
- 300 g flour, sifted
- 2 cans of mandarin oranges, drained
- 100 g sugar
- 100 g almond flakes
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Sheet cake
Beat the eggs with 250g of sugar with a mixer for about 10 minutes until frothy. Then fold the sifted flour alternately with the crème fraîche or sour cream into the batter. Spread the batter onto a prepared baking sheet and top with the drained mandarins. Mix the flaked almonds well with the 100g of sugar and finally sprinkle the batter with the mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C – 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 15 – 20 minutes.
