Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cake base, Viennese, light
- 2 packs of cream stiffener (San-apart)
- 500 g margarine, or 25 g butter and 250 g margarine
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs
- 400 ml water, cold
- 2 tube(s) food coloring, of your choice
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Mix San-apart, margarine, vanilla sugar, eggs, and cold water with a mixer for about 3 minutes. Divide the cream equally between two bowls and color with food coloring if desired. Spread the cream over the Vienna base and decorate as desired. Then refrigerate for about an hour.
