Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 100 g flour
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 pinch of salt
- ¼ liter of milk
- 4 egg whites
- n. B. Oil for frying
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Put the flour in a bowl and make a well in the center. Add the 4 egg yolks, a pinch of salt, and 1/4 liter of milk to the well and mix with a hand mixer. Let the batter rest for about 10 minutes. Beat the 4 egg whites until stiff peaks form and fold in just before frying. Heat a little oil in a pan and pour the batter into the pan in batches. Fry one side first, then flip and tear into pieces. Garnish with powdered sugar.
