Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g quark
  • 5 tbsp milk
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • 75 g sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 300 g flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mix all ingredients and prepare a nice batter. This batter is especially suitable for sheet cakes.
