Quick Cauliflower Casserole

- 1 Cauliflower fresh
- Salt
- 0,5 Fresh onion
- Fat for frying
- 150 g Mixed minced meat
- Pepper and salt
- 250 g Sieved tomatos
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
- Grated cheese
- Clean the cauliflower, cut into florets, wash and cook in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and drain.
- Peel the onion and chop it roughly. Steam in hot fat until translucent. Add the minced meat and fry until crumbly. Season with pepper and salt. Stir in tomatoes, sugar and oregano. Bring to the boil and simmer gently for 3 minutes. Take off the stove.
- Grease a flat baking dish. Add cauliflower. Spread the mince on top. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 5 to 10 minutes.
