Cauliflower Casserole La Mama

- 1 head Cauliflower fresh
- 500 gram Mixed hack
- 1 Onion
- 250 gram Cocktail tomatoes
- 1 pack Feta
- 200 ml Cream
- 3 Eggs

- Cook the whole cauliflower in salted water for about 10 minutes.
- For the meatballs: knead the mince with an egg, chopped onion, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, pepper, paprika and parsley. Then shape them into small balls.
- Cut the feta into small cubes and press a cube into the middle of the meatball and shape it so that the feta is enclosed inside.
- Cut the tomatoes into small rings.
