Ingredients
 

  • 1 head Cauliflower fresh
  • 500 gram Mixed hack
  • 1 Onion
  • 250 gram Cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 pack Feta
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 3 Eggs
  • 100 gram Grated cheese
  • Salt, pepper, nutmeg, paprika,
  • Garlic powder, parsley, breadcrumbs
  • Fat for the baking dish

Instructions
 

  • Cook the whole cauliflower in salted water for about 10 minutes.
  • For the meatballs: knead the mince with an egg, chopped onion, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, pepper, paprika and parsley. Then shape them into small balls.
  • Cut the feta into small cubes and press a cube into the middle of the meatball and shape it so that the feta is enclosed inside.
  • Cut the tomatoes into small rings.
  • For the sauce: Put the eggs in a bowl, pour the cream on top and mix with the salt, pepper and nutmeg so that everything is combined.
  • 6th casserole dish - the best way to do this is with a round shape, all others also work of course - grease, put the cauliflower in the middle. Spread the meatballs and tomato rings around it. Then pour the sauce over it. Finally sprinkle the grated cheese over it.
  • Bake everything in the oven at 200 ° C for about 30 minutes. Good Appetite.
