Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of grated cheese, Emmental or Gouda
  • 1 cup of crème fraîche (herb)
  • 3 cloves garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

In a bowl, mix the crème fraîche and cheese well with a fork. Peel the garlic, press it through a garlic press, and mix in. Let the crème fraîche sit for at least an hour. It’s delicious as a side dish with grilled food, but also delicious on bread.
