Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 slices of brown bread (large slices)
- 10 g cream cheese (Brunch “Sweet Thai Chili”)
- 2 slice(s) Gouda with pepper (large slices)
- 1 tomato(s)
- 2 slices of raw ham
- Salt
- Pepper, green, from the mill
- Oil, for greasing the sandwich maker
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 23 minutes
Homemade sandwich maker
Cut the crusts off the bread slices. Slice the tomato. Spread the brunch spread on both slices. Place a slice of cheese on one slice of bread. Place the tomato slices on top of the cheese, season with salt and pepper. Place the ham slices on top of the tomato slices and cover with the second slice of cheese. Place the second slice of bread on top and bake the sandwich in the oiled sandwich maker until the cheese has melted. It took 8 minutes in my sandwich maker, but I think times can vary greatly between different machines.
