Quick cinnamon muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 200 g sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ginger powder, if desired
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 ml oil
  • 200 ml buttermilk
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

makes 12 pieces

Combine flour, baking powder, brown sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, and ginger. Combine eggs, oil, and buttermilk. Stir in the flour mixture. Pour the batter into a greased muffin tin. Lightly press the surface. Mix the remaining cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle on top. Bake in an oven preheated to 175°C for about 15 minutes.
