Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cup of yogurt
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 tbsp horseradish, possibly from the jar
- 1 tbsp cognac
- some salt and pepper, freshly ground
- 1 pinch of chili powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
with grilled food, fondue or raclette
Mix all ingredients together. The sauce is ready to eat.
