Quick Curd Bread

- 250 g Wheat flour
- 250 g Lowfat quark
- 1 packet Tartar baking powder
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Egg
- Mix the flour with the sugar, the salt and the tartar powder in a bowl, add the quark and the egg and knead into a smooth dough with the dough hook of the food processor.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Shape the dough into a loaf and place on the baking paper and then cut several times at the top with a sharp knife and then bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
