Quick Curd Bread

The perfect quick curd bread recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Wheat flour
  • 250 g Lowfat quark
  • 1 packet Tartar baking powder
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 Egg
  1. Mix the flour with the sugar, the salt and the tartar powder in a bowl, add the quark and the egg and knead into a smooth dough with the dough hook of the food processor.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Shape the dough into a loaf and place on the baking paper and then cut several times at the top with a sharp knife and then bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
