Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 bags of rice
- 1 ring/e meat sausage (also called boiled sausage)
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 can of corn
- lots of curry powder
- vegetable broth if required
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
with meat sausage and corn
Cut the sausage into small pieces and fry in a pan with the finely chopped onion. Meanwhile, cook the rice. Pour the cooked rice over the fried sausage and add the can of corn without liquid. Season generously with curry powder to taste and heat everything thoroughly. If desired, add a little more vegetable broth if it tastes too dry.
