Quick fried or grilled schnitzel

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 schnitzels (200 g each)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 bottle of beer, light
  • 3 tbsp lard
  • Mustard, hot
  • 4 slices of bread

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Season the schnitzels with salt and pepper and brush with beer. Heat the lard in a pan and fry the schnitzels on both sides until crispy and brown, turning frequently. Brush the schnitzels with beer frequently. Remove the schnitzels from the pan and serve with hot mustard and bread.
