Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 package of puff pastry, frozen, 10 small sheets
  • 1 pudding powder, vanilla
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 500 ml milk
  • 1 can of fruit, of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Prepare a pudding from the sugar, milk, and pudding powder according to the package instructions. Line a muffin tin with the puff pastry. Pour in the pudding and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for approximately 15-20 minutes. The temperature and baking time may vary depending on the oven. Meanwhile, drain the canned fruit. After baking, garnish the tarts with it. Tip: You can also use frozen or fresh fruit. The pudding can be replaced with various ready-made creams. You can also pour glaze over the fruit.
