Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 baguette(s) – rolls (white or for baking)
- 3 tbsp crème fraîche or sour cream
- 2 tbsp cream cheese, with herbs
- 2 spring onions
- 2 tomatoes
- 50 g cheese, grated
- 2 slices cooked ham (slightly thicker sliced)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Halve the baguette rolls lengthwise. Mix the crème fraîche with the cream cheese, adding a little milk if necessary. Fold in the grated cheese. Slice the spring onions into very fine rings, deseed and dice the tomatoes, and also cut the ham into small cubes. Mix everything with the cheese mixture. The mixture should be relatively firm. Spread the resulting cream mixture on the bread halves and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 12 to 15 minutes.
