Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 400 g minced meat
  • Salt
  • Paprika powder
  • 600 g soup vegetables, frozen
  • 2 packs of chopped tomatoes with herbs, 400 g each
  • 200 ml vegetable stock
  • 12 lasagna sheets
  • 200 ml Cremefine, for cooking
  • 150 g cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Heat oil in a pan, add the ground beef, and brown. Season generously with salt and paprika. Add the soup vegetables, tomatoes, and broth and cook for about 5 minutes. Layer the lasagna sheets and tomato sauce alternately in a baking dish, top with tomato sauce, and pour over the Cremefine. Sprinkle with cheese and cook in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20-25 minutes.
