Quick, Light Tortellini in Tomato Sauce with Ham
The perfect quick, light tortellini in tomato sauce with ham recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- Tortellini (meat, cheese or ham)
- 4 Tbsp (or to taste) Italian tomato sauce with vegetables
- Cooked ham
- 2 tsp Creme fraiche Cheese
- 2 tsp Parsley and basil
- 2 tsp Oregano, thyme, herbs of Provence
- 2 Pinches Sugar
- 2 Pinches Grated Parmesan
- 2 Pinches Curry
- 2 Pinches Pasta water
- 2 Pinches Pepper mill, salt
- Cut the ham and fresh herbs into small pieces.
- Briefly sweat the ham in a little butter and add the tomato sauce.
- While the pasta water starts to boil, season the sauce and add the creme fraiche. Add the fresh herbs a little later.
- Shortly before the tortellini are ready, you can add some of the pasta water to the sauce.
- Finally, season again to taste and add some grated Parmesan to the sauce.
- Mix the tortellini with the sauce and serve. Good Appetite!
