Quick mango salad with chili

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 mango(s), ripeness as desired
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 chili pepper(s)
  • 1 orange(s)
  • 1 small lemon(s)
  • ½ bunch coriander leaves
  • some chili sauce, sweet and sour

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

without oil

Peel the mangoes and cut them into thin strips. Finely chop the onion and chili peppers, mix with the juice of one orange and one lemon. Chop the coriander and add it to the sauce. If you like, you can season with chili sauce. Pour the sauce over the mangoes. If you have time, you can let the salad marinate for a while, but it’s not necessary.
