Quick Maultaschen pan

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g Maultasche(s)
  • 50 g bacon, cut into small cubes
  • 4 sausages (Wiener), sliced
  • 1 large onion(s), cut into rings
  • 20 g herb butter
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 1 cup rice
  • 200 ml broth
  • 1 handful of iceberg lettuce, cut into strips
  • Parmesan, sliced

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the rice as usual. Heat the oil in a pan, briefly fry the bacon and onion. Add the soup ravioli and sausages and fry briefly. Deglaze with broth and simmer for about 10 minutes. Then add the cooked rice, iceberg lettuce, and herb butter and heat everything in the pan until hot. Serve on plates and sprinkle with shaved Parmesan cheese.
