quick, easy and a hit at every party

First, finely chop the onion and garlic and mix them with the minced meat, salt, pepper, chili flakes, and paprika. You can pre-toast the slices of bread in the meantime. Halve and deseed the tomatoes to prevent too much liquid from getting into the minced meat mixture. Finely dice the pulp and add it to the minced meat mixture. Finally, dice the Gouda cheese and add it as well. Now spread the minced meat mixture on the pre-toasted slices of bread and place them in the preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for 10-15 minutes. Tip: Before serving, I pat the surface dry with some kitchen paper, as this is where the fat settles. This goes well with a green salad, for example.
