Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 large baguette(s) or 2 smaller ones
- 200 g cream cheese
- 3 spring onions
- 1 bell pepper(s), red or yellow
- 1 tomato(s)
- 4 slices of ham
- 8 slices of salami
- 200 g cheese, grated
- n. B. Maggi
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Wash the vegetables and finely dice or cut into rings. Finely dice the ham and salami. Combine everything in a bowl and mix with 100g of grated cheese and the cream cheese. Season with Maggi as desired. Cut the baguette in half lengthwise and spread the mixture evenly between both halves. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top and bake at 180°C for approximately 10-15 minutes.
