Quick muffins with cream cheese

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 125 g flour
  • 100 g sugar
  • 125 g butter
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • flavoring
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • some milk
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Whisk the batter ingredients, from flour to milk, until fluffy. Spoon 2 teaspoons of batter into each prepared paper baking cup. Whisk the cheese filling ingredients until fluffy and spread 1 teaspoon of this over the batter. Spread the remaining batter on top. Bake in a preheated oven at approximately 200°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 20-25 minutes.
