Quick nectarine dessert

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 5 ladyfingers
  • 200 g cream cheese, grainy
  • 1 nectarine(s)
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp Grand Marnier
  • 150 g natural yogurt
  • 2 tbsp almond slivers

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Place the ladyfingers in a freezer bag and crush into crumbs by hand or with a rolling pin. Toast the almond slivers in a pan and let cool. Mix the cream cheese with the yogurt, vanilla sugar, and orange liqueur. Cut the nectarine into wedges, setting four aside for decoration, and dice the remaining wedges. Add the diced nectarines to the cream cheese. Layer the cookie crumbs and the cheese mixture alternately in two glasses. Sprinkle with the toasted almonds and garnish with the nectarine wedges. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, then enjoy.
