Quick noodle – turkey pan

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g pasta, farfalle (bow-shaped pasta)
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 2 m.-sized turkey schnitzel
  • 1 jar tomato sauce with roasted vegetables
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • possibly garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the farfalle in salted water until al dente, then drain. Cut the turkey cutlets into thin strips and the zucchini into thin slices, along with the spring onions, and fry them with the turkey cutlets in a little olive oil. Add the tomato sauce, sauté for a few minutes, then add the cooked pasta and season with salt, pepper, and a little garlic.
