Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 50 g flaxseed
- 50 g almonds, ground
- 10 g coconut flakes
- 1 packet of baking powder
- ½ tsp, leveled salt
- 30 g butter, soft
- 2 eggs

Place the flaxseed, ground almonds, and coconut flakes in the closed mixing bowl and grind for 5 seconds/speed 10. Then add 1 teaspoon of baking powder and 1/2 level teaspoon of salt and mix briefly with a spoon. Then add the softened butter and eggs to the closed mixing bowl and mix for 1-2 minutes/speed 2 until you have a smooth batter. Spread the batter evenly in a baking dish lined with baking paper (I used a brownie dish). This works quite well with a silicone spatula and a bit of dexterity. Bake the bread in a preheated oven at 160°C (320°F) for around 20 minutes. After baking, cut into appropriate slices, e.g. using a pizza cutter. This bread tastes great with really savory toppings, such as smoked salmon, ham, or salami.
