Mix the eggs with the quark and sea salt. Stir in the oats, baking powder, sunflower seeds, flaxseeds, and chia seeds. Now add the hazelnuts and prunes as additional ingredients. Tip: You can also use dried tomatoes, olives, feta cheese, Italian herbs, walnuts, spring onions, and grated carrots instead—the sky’s the limit. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 30-35 minutes. This bread is ideal for people with higher protein needs, for example, after gastric sleeve or bypass surgery. It’s also great for anyone who values protein-rich foods.
