Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g spelt flour
  • 100 g wheat flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 100 ml water
  • 50 g yogurt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 24 minutes

Knead flour, baking powder, salt, water, yogurt, and 1 tablespoon of oil into a dough. Divide the dough into four equal portions, shape into balls, and flatten. Fry in a large pan with 1 tablespoon of oil for 2-4 minutes on each side. If the dough is too sticky, flour your hands. This is delicious with herb butter and any kind of dip.
