Quick pasta and vegetable stir-fry

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 2 spring onions
  • 25 ml cream
  • 50 ml white wine
  • e.g. noodles
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

ideal for using leftovers, quick and easy

Chop the vegetables. Sauté the onions in a little butter in a pan, add the peppers and tomatoes. Then add the cooked pasta from the day before (or fresh, of course). Let everything simmer for a while, then add the white wine and cream. Toss briefly and serve.
