Ingredients for 40 servings:
- 200 g sugar
- 250 g butter, liquid
- 150 g cornstarch
- 150 g flour
- 6 eggs
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 bottle of flavoring (lemon)
- 1 pack of flavoring (Zitroback)
- 250 g powdered sugar
- 5 tbsp lemon juice
- 40 paper cups
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar and butter until fluffy. Stir in the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, vanilla, baking flavor, and lemon juice. Fold in the beaten egg whites. Divide between 40 paper baking cups and bake for 15-20 minutes at 175°C. Combine the powdered sugar and lemon juice and spread on the muffins.
