Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g sugar
  • 250 g flour
  • 60 g cornstarch
  • 80 g ground almonds
  • 60 g drink powder (Kaba)
  • 40 g dark chocolate shavings
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 2 cl rum
  • 100 ml milk, 1.5% fat
  • 1 pinch of salt

Quick chocolate kick for calorie-conscious people, for 24 pieces

Beat the eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar until frothy. Stir in the cornstarch, flour, baking powder, ground almonds, rum, and grated chocolate. Add the cocoa powder and enough milk to form a not-too-stiff batter. Then divide the batter between two 12-cup muffin tins, bake at 180°C for about 20-25 minutes, and let cool.
