Quick pizza dough

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 500 g quark
  • 2 g egg(s)
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Put all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and knead well (with a mixer, or by hand if necessary). Oil a baking tray (you can also use margarine or line it with baking paper). Spread the dough evenly on the tray (so that there is dough in every corner and the baking tray is filled). A little tip: Oil your hands beforehand so that the dough doesn’t stick to your fingers! Put the tray in the oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes, then top with whatever you like (e.g. tomato sauce, mushrooms, corn salami, etc.). Then put it back in the oven for another 20 minutes at 200 degrees. By the way, you can also make the most delicious fruit cakes with this dough. Use a little more sugar than salt in this case.
