Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 200 g ham, cooked
  • 200g salami
  • 200 g cheese (Emmental), grated
  • 200 g cheese (Gouda), grated
  • 1 can of mushrooms
  • 1 small jar of tomato peppers (alternatively 1 bell pepper), cut into strips
  • 200 g whipped cream
  • oregano
  • salt and pepper
  • Chives or parsley
  • 10 rolls, sliced ​​(also from the day before)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Dice the cooked ham and salami. Cut the mushrooms and tomato peppers (or bell peppers) into small pieces. Combine all ingredients and season to taste. Divide the mixture between the bun halves and place on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C – 175°C for about 15 minutes (until the cheese melts and is nicely browned). Garnish with chives or parsley before serving.
