Quick plum cake from the tray

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 8 tbsp oil
  • 8 tbsp milk, 0.3 – 3.5%
  • 8 tbsp sugar, max. 100 g
  • 8 tbsp quark, max. 250 g
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 400 g flour
  • 1 ½ packets of baking powder
  • 1 kg plum(s), pitted and halved – sweet, not plums
  • 30 amaretti
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon sugar, more if desired
  • Grease for the tray

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Beat the above 6 ingredients with a mixer and add the flour mixed with baking powder. Knead everything into a ball and place on a greased baking sheet. Spread the dough out onto the baking sheet with your hands, flatten it evenly, and pull up a small edge. Lightly flour your hands if the dough sticks! Prick with a fork. Place the plums, stone-side up, on the dough, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, and top with the crumbled amaretti biscuits. Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat) and bake the cake for 25-30 minutes. Check with a skewer and a visual inspection! Approx. 4788 kcal per serving.
