Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 lemon(s)
- 1 apple
- 1 banana(s)
- 60 g grains (multi-grain mix)
- 50 ml water
- 4 walnuts
- some honey
- Fruits, of your choice
- 4 tbsp cream, whipped

The ultimate start to the day! Absolutely WW-suitable
Coarsely grind the multigrain mixture and soak it in water the night before (at least 4-6 hours) and let it ferment at room temperature. Now coarsely grate the apple into the lemon juice and mix it in immediately to prevent it from turning brown. Mash the banana with a fork and mix it in. Now mix in the fresh grain meal, fruit, nuts, honey, and cream. My standard ingredients are: 1 orange or grapefruit, a few grapes, 1 kiwi, and 4 walnuts, roughly chopped. With the freshly whipped cream, the porridge becomes nice and fluffy and tastes simply fantastic. Don’t worry about the calories. Also highly recommended as part of the WW program, as the fresh grain porridge keeps you full for a long time. I always prepare it for two days at a time.
