Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g potatoes (mashed potatoes)
- Meat (2 meatballs)
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp herbs de Provence
- 75 g cheese, grated
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 egg(s)
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Tear the meatballs into small pieces. Combine all ingredients, except the olive oil, until a firm mixture forms. Heat the olive oil in a pan, drop small heaps of the mixture into the pan with a tablespoon, and fry until golden brown on both sides. Serve the meatballs immediately while hot. Serve with salad and a little herb curd or yogurt sauce. Variation: Stir diced red bell pepper into the mixture.
