Ingredients
 

  • 300 g Potatoes
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 can Peas
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1 pinch Sweet paprika powder

Instructions
 

  • First, heat a pan with a little oil and whisk together a nice scrambled egg from 4 eggs, salt and pepper. Then add the potatoes and season lightly with a little salt, pepper and paprika powder.
  • Finally, add a can of drained peas and stir in.
  • As an alternative work step, you can first fry the potatoes, mix them with the peas and finally add the eggs and let them set! Both tastes good 🙂
  • You can also add some meat sausage, crackers or other leftover meat, if someone does not want to do without meat ...
