Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 150 g crème fraîche
- 3 tbsp oil
- 60 g wheat bran
- 50 g sesame seeds
- 50 g flaxseed
- 50 g sunflower seeds
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
Mix all ingredients together. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan lined with baking paper and bake in the oven on the lowest rack at 180°C for approximately 45 minutes. Alternatively, you can knead the dough in a bread maker, then remove the dough hooks and bake using the baking program. My model takes a total of 1 hour 14 minutes. The dough will be quite soft/liquid, but don’t worry, it’s normal. If you’d like a larger loaf, simply increase the quantities.
