  • 100 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 150 ml egg white
  • 100 g ground oat flakes
  • 50 g protein powder, neutral
  • 30 g psyllium husks
  • 7 g baking powder
  • 5 g salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Mix all ingredients. Add water as needed to create a smooth, yet not too runny batter. Bake at 180°C (convection oven) for 30 minutes, ideally in a silicone baking pan. Tip: Use baking spray beforehand or lightly grease. Nutritional information: For 12 slices, one slice contains: 65 calories, 5.7 g carbohydrates, 0.8 g fat, 6.8 g protein. The entire loaf contains: 780 calories, 68.4 g carbohydrates, 9.6 g fat, 81.6 g protein.
