Quick Puszta Cutlets

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 3 slice(s) pork neck, thick
  • 2 class jar salad, (puszta salad)
  • some butter
  • some flour
  • Fat, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Fry the neck chops. Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the flour. Deglaze with the Puszta liquid. Add the salad and simmer for about 10 minutes. Once the chops are cooked through, spread the Puszta salad on top. Serve with rice.
