Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500g spaghetti
- 250 g porcini mushrooms
- 5 garlic cloves
- Fat, for frying
- Salt
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cook spaghetti in salted water with a little oil until al dente. Heat the fat in a pan and sauté the mushrooms with the garlic. Drain the spaghetti and add it to the pan with the remaining ingredients, and cook briefly.
