Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 ml red currant juice (nectar).
  • 60 g sugar
  • 1 packet of pudding powder (vanilla)
  • 500 g mixed berries, frozen
  • Cream or vanilla sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

super fast and super tasty

Measure 125 ml of blackcurrant nectar and mix it with the custard powder. Bring the remaining nectar and sugar to a boil in a saucepan. Stir the mixed custard powder into the boiling juice and bring back to a boil. Stir the frozen fruit into the juice. Transfer everything to a bowl and chill. Serve with cream or vanilla sauce, if desired.
