Quick Rice Pan with Mushrooms

- 200 g Fresh mushrooms
- 100 g Rice
- 1 Cup Green frozen peas
- 1 piece Mountain cheese
- Olive oil
- Butter
- Broth
- 1 Onion
- Boil the rice and peas each in a small saucepan.
- Peel and dice the onion. Cut the mushrooms into pieces.
- Heat the olive oil and butter in a large pan, fry the onion and cook the mushrooms. To do this, add a little broth. When the mushrooms are done, mix in the cooked rice and peas.
