Ingredients
 

  • 200 g Fresh mushrooms
  • 100 g Rice
  • 1 cup Green frozen peas
  • 1 Mountain cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Butter
  • Broth
  • 1 Onion

Instructions
 

  • Boil the rice and peas each in a small saucepan.
  • Peel and dice the onion. Cut the mushrooms into pieces.
  • Heat the olive oil and butter in a large pan, fry the onion and cook the mushrooms. To do this, add a little broth. When the mushrooms are done, mix in the cooked rice and peas.
  • Finally, sprinkle with some grated mountain cheese (Appenzeller or Gruyiere).
