Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 tbsp oil
- 4 tbsp vinegar (white wine vinegar)
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 100 ml vegetable stock
- 3 tbsp mixed herbs, chopped
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 3 minutes
Put all ingredients in a screw-top jar, close, shake – done.
