Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 tbsp vinegar (red wine vinegar)
- 1 tsp mustard, hot
- 6 tbsp oil (mix olive and sunflower oil)
- 1 shallot(s)
- ½ small onion(s), red
- ½ bunch chives
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Thoroughly mix the mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper with a whisk. Slowly add the oil and whisk until lightly creamy. Finely chop the shallot and onion and add. Rinse the chives, chop them, and mix in. The whole thing goes well with leafy salads or as a marinade for cooked meat.
