  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup cream
  • 1 pack of ready-made salad mix with garden herbs
  • 1 shot of cold water
  • Sea salt, coarse
  • Black pepper, freshly ground
  • garlic powder
  • 1 onion(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

For leaf salads and cucumber salad

Whisk the sour cream and cream until creamy. Season generously with salt, pepper, and garlic, add the salad mix, and stir to combine. To thin the sauce, add a splash of cold water. Dice the onion and pour it over the salad with the dressing. If you like, you can spice up the salad with fresh parsley and chives; for a cucumber salad, simply add dill.
