Quick spaghetti salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g spaghetti or other pasta
  • 1 small can of mushrooms
  • 5 eggs
  • 50 g salami, alternatively cooked ham
  • 1 large gherkin(s)
  • 5 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp tartar sauce
  • 1 tsp tomato paste
  • some salt
  • some pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 25 minutes

Break the spaghetti in half and cook in salted water according to the instructions. Hard-boil the eggs. Then let them cool. Peel the eggs. Dice the mushrooms, eggs, cucumber, and salami. Mix the mayonnaise, tartar sauce, and tomato paste together, mix with the chopped ingredients, and fold in the spaghetti. Let it stand for at least 3 hours and then season with salt and pepper.
