Quick Strawberry, Cream and Vanilla Sandwiches
The perfect quick strawberry, cream and vanilla sandwiches recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 packet Fresh waffles, or homemade
- 1 packet Custard powder
- 0,5 ml Milk
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 3 a cup Cream
- 3 packet Cream stiffener
- Chocolate shavings
- 1,5 packet Fresh strawberries
- Clean, wash and drain the strawberries. Quarter some strawberries and set aside for decoration. Cut the remaining strawberries into slices.
- Prepare the pudding according to the instructions on the packet and let it cool down a little.
- Line a tray with parchment paper and place the first pack of waffles on it. Spread half of the pudding on top, cover with strawberries and brush with the rest of the pudding.
- Place the 2nd pack of waffles on top and press down a little.
- Whip the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff and coat the wafer slices with it all around. Decorate with strawberries and chocolate shavings and refrigerate for a few hours.
- It also tastes good with raspberries, bananas or fruits as desired. You can decorate it however you like. : D
