Strawberry Dwarf with Vanilla Cream
The perfect strawberry dwarf with vanilla cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the cream:
- 2 tablespoon Cointreau
- 100 ml Cream
- 50 ml Advocaat
- 0,5 packet Paradise cream vanilla
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla sauce powder
also:
- 1 Bowl Fresh strawberries
- 1 packet Cake glaze clear
- 1 teaspoon Grated chocolate white
- 1 teaspoon Whole milk grated chocolate
- 8 Hearts off White chocolate
- Place a wreath around the cake base (the edge of a springform pan will do the same). Wash the strawberries, remove the roots and cut very large specimens in half.
- For the vanilla cream, briefly whip the cream with the egg liqueur (on the lowest level), then trickle in the paradise cream with the sauce powder and continue stirring for about 3 minutes at the highest level until a fluffy cream is formed.
- Sprinkle the cake base with the Cointreau and immediately spread the vanilla cream over it. Place the strawberries close together on the cream. Prepare the icing according to the instructions on the package and pour it over the strawberries while still hot with a spoon.
- Let cool slightly and then decorate the edge with the chocolate chips and hearts. Let cool completely in the refrigerator and only then remove the ring. This of course includes a good cup of coffee.
