Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g flour
- 175 g sugar
- 200 ml milk
- 150 g walnuts, coarsely chopped
- 50 g almonds, coarsely chopped
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 2 eggs
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Mix flour, sugar, milk, baking powder, and eggs into a smooth batter, then fold in the nuts. Pour the batter into a loaf pan and bake at 155°C for 1 hour.
