Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 10 tomatoes
  • 8 tbsp oil (olive oil)
  • 2 cloves garlic (or more)
  • 2 pepperoncini
  • Pepper from the mill
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Blanch the tomatoes, rinse, peel, and finely dice. Toss with olive oil, add a clove of garlic, and season with chopped chili peppers, pepper, and salt. Done. Pour cold water over hot spaghetti.
